My 5Star Concept

1. Set your Health
Means: You need to do the exercise to build up your health, without a good health body. You can not go more. So start from today make sure that you exercise about 3 days a week to make sure you are healthy.

2. Set your Target
Means: A life without a goal, you are just a failure. So please make sure your goal, and make it clear. Once make it clear, just go for it. Always trust yourselves, and always motivate yourself how to achieve the goal. Please bear in mind, success don't come by luck, but is by how much effort you put in.

3. Set Your Mood
Means: After you have the target or goals. It doesn't mean that you are success . So from time to time , you so tune in yourselves the mood to achieve the goals. Read more books which can help you to achieve the goals.

4. Set your Time
Means: Sometimes the timing is very important. Once you miss it you will miss it forever. So try to manage your time well. You can try to have a Gantt chart to set up your time. Try to complete the things according to the time you have st up.

5. Set yourselves free
Means: Sometimes a little time for relaxation. You will work more effectively. Trust me. We are human, not a robot. Try to relax. The things will become more better.
